How do I return an item?

At Centerline Steel we want you to be fully satisfied with the bracket(s) you purchased. If you are not satisfied, you may return the bracket(s) within 45 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original and return shipping costs. Brackets are not eligible for a refund after 45 days from date of purchase. Note: For return orders of 20 or more brackets there will be a 25% restock fee.

Brackets must be returned in good condition with all accessories to ensure credit. Additionally, the following criteria must be met:

• Brackets were not customized when ordered. (Note: This includes customer designed brackets, reversed countersinks and additional holes along the horizontal support.)
• Brackets were not altered after receiving.

All refunds will be made after returned items are received. Once the refund is processed please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Please email your return request to [email protected]. Include your full name, phone number, and the invoice number. Please place the words "Attention Return" in the subject line.
